Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. A request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item(s).

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

As a small artisan business, some items produced are bespoke (one-of-a-kind) or made-to-order. It may not be possible to exchange some items.

Please note that real leather often comes with its own character. Certain blemishes, lines, creases, colour variations or other features are not considered damage or flaws. You may be asked to send images of areas of concern in order to process a return request.
